Libraries have become sophisticated organizations. Keeping up with trends in services and technology is an important part of day to day libray work. Parkland provides resources to help staff, volunteers, and board members carry out their responsibilities.
Parkland supports members in the daily operations of their public libraries by:
- Gathering and posting tools and best practices
- Creating guides, help sheets, and procedure manuals
- Providing training to aid library managers, staff, and volunteers
You can acquire new knowledge and skills by using the resources found within these pages.
Additional tools and resources, including templates, sample documents, and marketing material can be accessed on the Q (shared) drive from library staff computers.
