Reference & Research Help
Reference / Research Help for the Public
Staff at our member public libraries provide assistance to individuals who want help finding information or researching a topic. If you are a member of the public, please contact your local library directly for this service.
Help for Library Staff
Reference librarians at Parkland headquarters are available to help staff at public and school libraries with complex reference queries. Contact us online, by phone or by fax. Parkland staff will provide a timely answer and send appropriate resources as necessary. No question is too big or too small!
If you have questions or concerns about Parkland's reference service, contact your library consultant.
