We invite member public libraries to borrow display banners and "tech toys" from Parkland for use in their libraries or by library staff. Equipment is sent on your weekly van run delivery and returned to PRL Headquarters on your next weekly van run, or can be booked for up to 2 weeks for most items and up to 3 months for Victor Readers.

Laptops

• Training Lab 1 - contains 5 laptops with Windows 7, 1 projector, and 1 wireless router.
• Training Lab 2 - contains 5 laptops with Windows 7, 1 projector, and 1 wireless router.

Tablets

• iPad 1 - includes Bluefire and Freading apps for reading library eBooks. This version of the iPad does not include a built-in camera.
• Nexus 7 - 7-inch tablet that includes several eReading apps: Aldiko, Bluefire, Freading, Mantano, and Reader by Sony. Android OS with built-in camera.
• Dell Latitude Tablet - 10-inch tablet computer with OS Windows 8.

eReaders

• Kobo eReader – allows downloading/reading of eBooks, including library titles.
• Koboglo eReader - allows downloading/reading of eBooks, including library titles and backlight for reading in dark areas.
• Kobo Touch eReader – allows downloading/reading of eBooks, including library titles. Includes Touch Screen.
• Kobo Vox eReader – allows downloading/reading of eBooks, including library titles. Includes Color Touch Screen & Wifi.
• PanDigital Novel eReader – allows downloading/reading of eBooks, including library titles. Includes Color Touch Screen & Wifi.
• Sony Touch eReader – allows downloading/reading of eBooks, including library titles. Includes Touch Screen.
• Sony Touch Wifi eReader – allows downloading/reading of eBooks, including library titles. Includes Touch Screen & Wifi.

CNIB DAISY Readers (for loan to patrons)

• Victor Reader 1 – CD player strictly for use with CNIB compact discs.
• Victor Reader 2 – CD player strictly for use with CNIB compact discs.

Game Systems

• Wii kit 1 – contains Wii console, 4 controllers with 4 nunchuks, 11 game discs, 1 projector, 1 Wii guitar controller, 1 fishing controller.
• Wii kit 2 – contains Wii console, 4 controllers with 4 nunchuks, 11 game discs, 1 projector, 1 Wii guitar controller, 1 fishing controller.
