Come enjoy a relaxing walk in nature each week with Mental Health Capacity Building from Battle River School Division!

Each week, a leader from the Mental Health Capacity Building of Battle River School Division will take us on a walk in nature. Come enjoy an interactive and calming outdoor experience that encourages self awareness through mindfulness practices, while utilizing the five senses during an explorative nature walk.

July 22nd- Stony Creek Centre
July 29th- Augustana Faith and Life Centre
August 5th- Mirror Lake Playground
August 12th- Jubilee Park
August 19th- Stony Creek Centre
