Cooperative Collection Buy Lists
Member public libraries can participate in a Cooperative Collection Development (CCD) process. All libraries benefit from the development of a well-rounded, system-wide collection.
Selection lists in Horizon cover topics identified as lacking or absent from PRL's system-wide collection. The lists include key recommended titles, as well as newly reviewed titles on a particular subject. These resources will enhance the system-wide collection.
To find current selection lists in Horizon: do an F2 search, go to the bottom of the list, choose Selection Lists, click on the Selection button, and choose the list you wish to view. You can then order items by pressing F10 to send them to a Purchase Request form.
For more instructions on Selection Lists, see Training & Resources > Horizon.
Below are archived versions of the old CCD lists. These will be removed from the Parkland website in July, after which CCD lists will be posted for three months before being taken down.
